Cancellation Policy Condos: You will be reimbursed
all rental deposits, less $100 service fee for cancellations
made more then 31 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations
made 31-14 days prior to arrival will be reimbursed all deposits,
less $250 service fee.
Houses: You will be reimbursed all rental deposits, less
$250 service fee for cancellations made more then 31 days prior
to the arrival date.
Cancellations
made 14 days or less prior to arrival will receive no refunds.
All holiday cancellations are nonrefundable.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of $500 ($750 for properties with hot tubs)
is due on arrival payable by Visa, Mastercard, or cash. American
Express and personal checks will not be accepted for damage
deposits.
